Welcome to the UNIVERSITY LEAGUE – the ultimate inter-university showdown of charisma, talent, and unapologetic self-expression! Brought to life by queer advocate and event creator Khush Ayman, this league is a bold, vibrant PK Battle Tournament crafted exclusively for India’s LGBT students and allies.
Taking place on the Walla gay dating app (independently and unofficially), this initiative is driven by users, for users to spark pride, fun, and community engagement through thrilling live competitions.
🌟 What is the University League PK Battle?
The University League is a competitive entertainment event where students represent their colleges and universities in PK Battles—a Walla feature where two users go head-to-head in a live broadcast.
But wait—what’s a PK Battle?
In the Walla app, PK Battles are a form of real-time performance duels. Contestants go live together, perform or vibe side-by-side, and the audience sends virtual gifts or votes to support their favorite. The winner is decided based on engagement, creativity, and support from viewers.
In the University League, these battles are made even more exciting with themes, point systems, elimination rounds, and university pride! Think:

Some Important Rules! Ohh Mah Gawdddd…..
- PK Battle can be done once only. There should be a minimum support to get qualified. The minimum Support is 1500 Coins. Any PK with individual support less than 1500 will be considered invalid, and Both Players will be disqualified.
- If all PK battles will not meet minimum support threshold, the vent will be abandoned, as Higher prizes cannot be given to those who win by 1 coin or few hundred coins.
- Teams will be divided into two Groups, Team Eagles and Team Tigers, Both teams will have their participants, for now, assuming 16 each. In the First Round of battle, we will get 8 Players.
- All 8 Players will then do a Multi PK in groups of 4, Please follow each other prior to the match. The Top 2 will then go to the Next Match.
- In this round, 2 PK battles will happen, and we will get our top 2 Players in each Team. One Final PK to get our Top 2 finalists. One form Eagles and One from Tigers.
- Last Grand PK between Eagles and Tigers. The winner will then be announced.
- The tournament can be shortened if we get fewer participants, but it cannot be stretched as there are limited slots. There will be a kind of competition to get into the tournament. The details for that Short match will be given soon.
- The structure of the tournament is subject to change if we get more suggestions. Suggestions will be taken in Tournament Group on Walla. Thanks
🎭 Who Can Join?
You are welcome if:
You identify as LGBTQIA+ or an active ally
You’re a college or university student in India (undergraduate or postgraduate)
You’re on Walla or open to using it for this event
You want to express, engage, perform or simply support others
💡No prior PK experience needed! First-timers are especially encouraged.
